Where is my data stored and how is it secured?

Your data is stored on a secure, sovereign European cloud infrastructure.
It is redundantly stored and geo-replicated across multiple cloud storage locations to prevent any risk of data loss.

How is my data organized on the platform?

Data is organized by company and then by project. Each company has its own dedicated workspace that brings together users, equipment, and associated settings.

Projects then centralize data generated by the EasyField, EasyScan, EasyView, and EasyMap applications, which can be accessed and downloaded online 24/7.

How long is my data stored?

Your data is stored for a period of 10 years. After this period, it is archived and can be accessed with a 72-hour notice.

Syslor applications are also compatible with certain third-party GNSS receivers, including the PYX receivers from Teria and the Reach RX and RS3 receivers from Emlid. Additional GNSS receivers will be added to this list over time.

How does GNSS RTK positioning work?

GNSS RTK positioning relies on real-time corrected satellite signals to achieve centimeter-level accuracy.

What is augmented reality applied to underground utilities?

Augmented reality applied to underground utilities consists of overlaying, in real time, the geolocation data of networks onto the live image of the actual terrain. It allows users to visualize the position of underground networks directly on site—without reopening trenches—using a smartphone or tablet. This helps facilitate marking and staking operations, secure interventions, reduce the risk of damage, and improve overall understanding of subsurface infrastructure.

How are orthophotos and point clouds generated?

Orthophotos and point clouds are generated through photogrammetry based on video captures performed with the EasyScan application. The user simply films the open trench using a smartphone or tablet.
