How do I log in to the Syslor portal?

Access to the Syslor portal is reserved for Syslor customers who have subscribed to one or more applications. You can log in using the credentials provided when you subscribed on the portal accessible here.

Which devices and operating systems are compatible with Syslor solutions?

Syslor applications run on Android smartphones and tablets, as well as on iPhones and iPads.
They are available on the iOS and Android app stores and are compatible with Android (version 26 or later) and iOS (version 14.0 or later).

Do I need a GNSS receiver to use your solutions?

Yes, Syslor solutions require a GNSS receiver. The Proteus GNSS receiver, developed by Syslor, is the flagship solution. Syslor applications are also compatible with certain third-party GNSS receivers, including Teria’s PYX receivers, Emlid’s Reach RX and RS3 receivers, and Trimble’s DA2 receiver. Other GNSS receivers will be added to this list in the future.

The Syslor GNSS/GPS receiver offers between 13 and 15 hours of battery life, depending on usage conditions, operating modes activated, and working environment.

Which accessories are compatible with the Syslor GNSS/GPS receiver?

The Proteus GNSS/GPS receiver comes in a comprehensive case containing all compatible accessories. The kit includes mounting systems, smartphone and tablet holders, a centring base, power solutions (external battery, induction charger, USB/USB-C cables), as well as transport and protection elements. A compatible GNSS/GPS pole can also be supplied, although it is not included in the case.

What is the warranty on the receiver?

The Proteus GNSS/GPS receiver is guaranteed for one year from the date of purchase. Beyond this period, our repair and servicing departments remain available to ensure the longevity and performance of the equipment.

What does the after-sales service cover?

Syslor’s after-sales service ensures that equipment is maintained in optimal operating condition, thanks to rapid and professional interventions.

The after-sales service covers in particular:

  • diagnosis and repair of equipment,
  • software updates and upgrades,

What is EasyDesk?

EasyDesk is Syslor’s secure web portal. It is your centralised workspace for managing your projects, collaborating with field staff, accessing your documentation, viewing collected data and producing your deliverables. It brings together the entire production chain, from the field to the office.

EasyDesk is the entry point for all data from Syslor applications:

  • EasyField (surveying, layout, earthworks),
  • EasyView (augmented reality marking and staking),
  • EasyScan (photogrammetric verification).

It allows you to:

  • import your network plans,
  • organise your projects,
  • validate field data,
  • use point clouds (via EasyMap),
  • and provide reliable and consistent deliverables.
Who is EasyDesk for?

EasyDesk is designed for project managers, surveyors and field operators involved in monitoring and executing network projects. The solution allows you to track the progress of operations in real time and centralise data, work remotely using reliable information that is shared instantly, and access the plans and documents you need at the right time to carry out tasks without error.

How do I access EasyDesk?

EasyDesk is accessible from your browser. All you need is a Syslor account. Log in via the secure interface and access your projects from your computer or tablet. No installation is required.

Does EasyDesk allow real-time sharing?

Yes. All data sent from the field is:

  • automatically synchronised,
  • immediately available on the platform,
  • accessible to other members of your team.

This is one of the cornerstones of field ↔ office collaboration.

Does EasyDesk allow user management?

EasyField - Field notebook
What is EasyField?

EasyField is a simplified field notebook for site managers and field operators. It is a mobile application for setting out, surveying and earthworks from Syslor. It allows you to carry out your operations with centimetre precision, directly from your smartphone or tablet.

It is used for:

  • site layout,
  • earthworks control,
  • topographic surveying of points, lines and surfaces,
  • feeding your digital network plans.

Does the application require topographical expertise?

What is EasyScan?

EasyScan is Syslor’s photogrammetric as-built survey application. It allows you to film an open trench with a smartphone or tablet, then automatically generate a georeferenced 3D point cloud and/or a usable orthophoto to produce an as-built survey plan with centimetre accuracy.

Who is EasyScan for?

EasyScan is designed for teams involved in capturing and using field surveys, from the construction site to the office. The application allows field operators to easily capture video footage from a smartphone or tablet by simply following the instructions displayed on the screen. No special technical skills are required to use it.

The photogrammetric surveys generated can then be used by surveyors and design offices without the need to travel to the field.

EasyScan thus facilitates collaboration between the field and the office by separating the data capture phase from its use, while ensuring the continuity and reliability of the information produced.

How does EasyScan work in practice?

The principle is simple: The operator films the open trench using the EasyScan application.

What is EasyMap?

EasyMap is Syslor’s module for drawing and using photogrammetric deliverables.
Accessible from the Syslor web portal, it allows orthophotos and point clouds from EasyScan to be transformed into usable as-built plans, with profiles, measurements, volumes and GIS/CAD exports. EasyMap is the building block that links field capture (EasyScan) to the final plan (as-built, profiles, regulatory exports). EasyMap allows you to:

  • trace networks,
  • check altimetry,
  • concatenate surveys,
  • produce deliverables (DXF, CSV, and customised formats).

How does network vectorisation work in EasyMap?

The vectorised networks can then be exported to your GIS/CAD tools.

What is 2.5D/3D dual view in EasyMap?
