EasyField is a simplified field notebook for site managers and field operators. It is a mobile application for setting out, surveying and earthworks from Syslor. It allows you to carry out your operations with centimetre precision, directly from your smartphone or tablet.
It is used for: site layout, earthworks control, topographic surveying of points, lines and surfaces, feeding your digital network plans.
EasyField allows you to import the following items:
- Background maps in DXF, DWG, and DGN formats,
- Layout files in DXF, DWG, DGN, CSV, TXT, and XLSX formats.
A layout file is required when no background map is available, in order to enable the correct display and use of data in the field.
EasyField allows direct export to: DXF, CSV, XLSX. For maximum compatibility with your software: Autocad, Covadis, QGIS, Mensura, etc.
You can capture:points, polylines, circles, arcs, closed polylines used to define areas, labels (text). Each object can be captured in an attribute layer (layer). Each capture is georeferenced, synchronised and immediately usable on the EasyDesk web portal..
EasyField transforms your digital plans into field instructions:
- directional guidance,
- real-time corrections,
- centimetre-level guidance,
- visualisation of targets to be reached (points, axes, surfaces).
It is a reliable tool for ensuring construction ↔ plan compliance.
From a digital elevation model or projected surfaces:
- automatic identification of excavation areas,

EasyView is Syslor’s augmented reality mobile application. It allows you to view underground networks or projects in 3D directly in the field, superimposed on the image from your smartphone or tablet camera, with centimetre precision.
EasyView is mainly used to:visualise the exact location of networks under your feet, carry out marking and staking more quickly and with greater peace of mind, maintain markings throughout the construction site, limit damage to structures, secure operations near sensitive networks.
To use EasyView, you need:
- a smartphone or tablet (Android or iOS),
- a compatible GNSS receiver,
- access to the Syslor portal (EasyDesk) to upload and manage your network plans,
- your network data in a compatible format: DXF, DWG, IFC, OBJ, SHP, StaR-DT (GML).
The EasyView application can be used with various GNSS/GPS receivers, including:
- the Proteus GNSS receiver from Syslor
- Trimble GNSS receivers, including the DA
- Reach RS3 and Reach RX GNSS receivers from Emlid
- the Pyx receiver from Teria
EasyView works on:Android smartphones and tablets, iPhone and iPad. The app is available on iOS and Android stores. EasyView is compatible with the following operating system versions: Android: version 26 or later, and iOS: version 14.0 or later.
EasyView displays networks in augmented reality:
- the operator can see exactly where the networks run,
- they can mark the ground by following the augmented reality projection,
- marking is faster, more accurate and more autonomous,
- marking time is reduced (by a factor of 2 to 8 according to customer feedback).
EasyView is compatible with the following formats: IFC, OBJ, SHP, GML, DGN, DXF, DWG.
The plans are:
- imported and processed on the Syslor portal (EasyDesk),
- then automatically made available in EasyView in augmented reality.
EasyView enables you to:
- reduce network location errors,
- minimise the risk of damage to sensitive pipes (gas, electricity, etc.),
- ensure operator safety during excavation phases,
- make plans easier to understand for non-specialist operators.
- The principle is simple: The operator films the open trench using the EasyScan application. The video is processed using photogrammetry to generate:
- a georeferenced 3D point cloud,
- an orthophoto
- These deliverables are accessible on the Syslor portal, via EasyMap, for: tracing networks, creating profiles, producing the as-built plan, exporting to your usual tools.
The EasyScan application is compatible with several GNSS/GPS receivers on the market, including:
- the Proteus GNSS receiver from Syslor
- Trimble receivers, including the DA2,
- Reach RS3 and Reach RX receivers from Emlid
- the Pyx receiver from Teria.
From a simple video, EasyScan can produce:
- a georeferenced 3D point cloud,
- a georeferenced orthophoto,
- a 3D model in .obj format,
- compliant as-built plans (via EasyMap)
Once the videos captured by EasyScan have been processed: point clouds and orthophotos are automatically available in EasyMap, where you can trace networks, create longitudinal and cross-sectional profiles, calculate areas and volumes (cubic measurements), check depths, and then export as-built plans.
From EasyMap, deliverables from EasyScan can be exported in: DXF, CSV, Custom format on request and integrated into your GIS/CAD tools.
EasyScan allows you to:
- accurately document each trench,
- gradually enrich a geolocated database of networks,
- maintain a reliable history of installed structures,
- provide a solid basis for future interventions, studies and projects.
EasyMap is Syslor’s module for drawing and using photogrammetric deliverables. Accessible from the Syslor web portal, it allows orthophotos and point clouds from EasyScan to be transformed into usable as-built plans, with profiles, measurements, volumes and GIS/CAD exports. EasyMap is the building block that links field capture (EasyScan) to the final plan (as-built, profiles, regulatory exports).
EasyMap allows you to: trace networks, check altimetry, concatenate surveys, produce deliverables (DXF, CSV, and customised formats).
EasyMap allows you to:
- vectorise networks on orthophotos or point clouds,
- visualise longitudinal and cross-sectional profiles,
- measure areas, lengths and volumes (cubic measurements),
- concatenate several surveys for a project overview,
- display your own CAD catalogue,
- export to DXF, CSV formats.
Using orthophotos and/or point clouds:
- users trace networks (cables, pipes, ducts, etc.),
- assign attributes (type, diameter, material, etc.),
- and use 2.5D or 3D views to check geometric consistency.
The vectorised networks can then be exported to your GIS/CAD tools.
EasyMap offers a dual view:
- a 2.5D orthophoto view to keep the layout simple,
- a 3D point cloud view to check altimetry and diameters.
Users can:draw on the orthophoto while checking the layout in 3D, modify a point in the point cloud and see the impact on the orthophoto. This dual view greatly improves the accuracy of the verification process.
Concatenation allows several orthophotos/point clouds to be assembled into:
- a unified and consistent view of the site,
- with topological and altimetric continuity.
- In practical terms, this allows you to: obtain an overview of the project (linear construction sites, large sites), avoid breaks and duplicates, and produce a single export of the plan, ready for GIS/CAD.
EasyMap allows you to perform various types of measurements directly from a georeferenced 3D point cloud, obtained in particular from captures made with the EasyScan application. The main measurements available include:
- linear distances (lengths, network lines, rights-of-way),
- areas (zones, platforms, construction sites),
- volumes and cubic measurements (earthworks, excavations/backfills),
- specific altitudes,
- level differences and altimetric checks.
EasyMap allows you to calculate earthwork volumes and cubatures directly from a georeferenced 3D point cloud, based on field surveys. In concrete terms, EasyMap allows you to:
- quickly assess excavation and backfill volumes,
- calculate atypical depths,
- check altimetry and profiles,
- monitor the progress of works.
Supported export formats include:
These formats are compatible with commonly used GIS and CAD tools. This compatibility ensures seamless integration of EasyMap data into existing production chains, from field surveys to final deliverables (as-built plans, asset GIS, technical files).
The Syslor hotline is available to field operators and surveyors for::

- equipment diagnosis and repair,
- software updates and upgrades,
- replacement of parts or batteries if necessary,
- verification and renewal of accuracy certification,
- complete overhaul and cleaning of the receiver,
- coverage of costs, etc.
